Education Sector


enabling growth in confidence & self-belief

We work with many schools, school partnerships, Teaching School Alliances and Multi Academy Trusts. Across the education sector we have facilitated a variety of programmes looking at leadership, coaching and career or talent management:

  • Leadership Applied programme – a comprehensive programme with Transform Trust

  • Bespoke Middle Leader Development Programme for subject leaders; curriculum leads, Lead TAs

  • Also 2-day development centre bolt-ons (the ‘best bit’ for many!)

  • Leadership events for groups of leaders – head teachers, deputies, leadership teams, governors

Facilitating leadership & coaching

In the public sector we have had a recent focus in the health sector, plus selected projects in local government. Our work has been mainly leadership facilitation and coaching based:

  • Relationships and Connectivity programme for EMLA

  • Finance High Potential programme – facilitated a series of action learning sets for aspiring Directors of Finance (DoFs) in the health sector

  • Team building programme for a local city council - developing individual directors in a team, facing enormous cultural change

  • Executive team & individual coaching for a GP Super Partnership

 

Private Sector


Shaping leadership style & change

We have been part of some big private sector programmes that have enabled many employees to consider their leadership style and explore changes in how they lead:

  • Consultancy work to support the reshaping of the L&D team with a refocus on growing people and enabling people to think differently

  • Facilitating on a ‘Managing at Our Best‘ global behaviour change programme aimed at introducing new management and leadership habits and the tools to allow leaders to adopt these within their team

  • Consultancy to support the ongoing growth of a business, generating new values and identifying the training needed to bring these to life
