Steve Radcliffe on the Transform project & Leadership Applied
Over the last 7 years, it has been a privilege to work with the wonderful team at Transform Trust & Teaching School Alliance.
Together we have collaborated, developing ways of raising up leaders in the education space, based on our core belief that leaders exist in all roles and at all levels. We developed a deeper approach to understanding leadership in schools, MATs and partnerships.
In the last two years, we also worked with Steve Radcliffe (author of ‘Leadership Plain and Simple’) on challenging thinking in leadership. This collaboration challenged us to ‘Think Big’ and we challenged Steve on how to apply his work in the education arena.
