Background
Since 2013 it has been a privilege to work with the wonderful team at Transform Trust & Teaching School Alliance.
Together we have collaborated, developing ways of raising up leaders in the education space, based on our core belief that leaders exist in all roles and at all levels.
We developed a deeper approach to understanding leadership in schools, MATs and partnerships.
In the last two years, we also worked with Steve Radcliffe (author of ‘Leadership Plain and Simple’) on challenging thinking in leadership.
This collaboration challenged us to ‘Think Big’ and we challenged Steve on how to apply his work in the education arena.

What we’ve done
Steve’s approach – Future Engage Deliver (FED) – has been pivotal in deepening the Transform approach to leadership.
Our partnership with Steve has led to the creation of Leadership Applied – how we put FED into practice in education (and in any other sector, as the principles of leadership doesn’t change, just the acronyms!)
Working with Sarah Heesom and Liz Barratt at Transform has been a joy and an example of what can be achieved through genuine collaboration and appreciation of the skills each person brings to the team.
Steve has supported us all the way.
